Privacy policy
This policy explains how Falling Matter handles information when you use the game, see ads, or buy an optional upgrade.
Who this covers
Falling Matter is published by HAZARD. This policy applies to version 1.1 of the iOS game. The game does not require an account. The sandboxes you save are stored on your device; the game does not upload those creations to a HAZARD account. If you choose to share an image, the iOS share sheet lets you choose where to send it, and the recipient service handles what you share under its own terms.
Advertising and information collected
The free version uses Google AdMob to display banner and full-screen ads. When ads are available, the Google Mobile Ads SDK and advertising partners may collect or receive the following information from your device:
- IP address, which may be used to estimate approximate location.
- Device identifiers, including an advertising identifier when available.
- Information about ads shown and interactions with ads or the app.
- Crash reports, performance information, and other diagnostic data.
This information may be used to deliver and measure ads, limit repeat ads, analyze performance, prevent abuse, and improve the ad service. Google and its advertising partners process information under their own policies. See Google’s Privacy Policy and Google’s Mobile Ads SDK disclosure. The specific information used can vary with your device, region, consent choices, and the ad shown.
Optional purchases
You can buy one-time upgrades to remove ads, unlock materials, or get both. Purchases and restorations are processed by Apple’s in-app purchase system. HAZARD does not receive your payment card number. The game uses purchase status to unlock what you bought. Apple handles purchase-related information according to Apple’s App Store privacy information. If you remove ads, the game no longer needs to display AdMob ads as part of normal play; previously collected information remains subject to the provider’s policies.
Your choices
You can remove ads through the in-app upgrade. You can also manage ad-related choices through your iOS privacy settings and any consent prompt shown in the game. Turning off personalized ads does not necessarily stop all advertising data processing. You can delete locally saved sandboxes in the game or remove the app and its local data from your device. To ask about information handled by HAZARD, email jaylenbyrd23@gmail.com. For data processed independently by Google or Apple, their privacy controls and policies also apply.
Children
If you are a parent or guardian and have a privacy concern about a child’s use of Falling Matter, contact us at jaylenbyrd23@gmail.com. Ad-related data handling can depend on the age and consent settings applied to the app and device.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy when the game or its services change. The effective date above will be updated when we do. For privacy questions or requests, email jaylenbyrd23@gmail.com.
